Mountain View Lodge offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, providing the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony and reception. Our venue allows you to host a full weekend celebration, including lodging for you and your guests. With exclusive use of the venue, you and your guests can relax and enjoy every moment without time constraints in a peaceful, intimate atmosphere.


Yes! We now offer a Friday rehearsal and a Saturday wedding package. You will have access to the lodge spaces for getting ready, however, no lodging is included in this package. All personal items and guests will need to leave by 11 pm on Saturday. 


Our primary focus is weddings, however, we do allow certain events on a case by case approval and availability. You may contact us for a request form to fill out and submit. We will send pricing with the request form. 


Yes! We offer wedding coordination through ABC Wedding Essentials, LLC, our in-house wedding planner and coordinator, who is also the venue manager. Their services are available as an additional add-on and include options for full-service planning, partial planning,  and month-of coordination. They will work with you every step of the way to ensure your wedding is seamless and personalized.


Mountain View Lodge offers a total of 3 full suites in the lodge, each with an attached bathroom. Additionally, we have 3 extra bathrooms available for use. For larger groups, we include a cozy offsite cabin located just 10 minutes away, which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The offsite cabin is included with the full weekend wedding package.


Our Grand Room indoors can comfortably accommodate up to 125 guests with round banquet-style tables. Depending on the layout and your event needs, we are flexible and can offer additional options. If you are expecting more than 125 guests, please inquire with us and we will assess if we can accommodate your group.


Yes, we have ample on-site parking available for all guests. The parking area is conveniently located near the venue, making it easy for everyone to access the event without hassle.


Yes! All alcohol must be provided by the couple. We do not provide alcohol at Mountain View Lodge. If liquor is involved, all alcohol will require the necessary permits, and any alcohol served must be handled by a licensed bartender. We have several recommended bartenders who are familiar with our venue and can ensure everything is in compliance with local regulations. When serving alcohol, and additional fee may apply. 


Yes, you are welcome to bring your own vendors, but they will need to provide a copy of their license and proof of insurance. We  provide a list of trusted  vendors who are familiar with our venue. Our team will be happy to assist you with any logistics.


We do not allow open flames and confetti or glitter. Pampas grass must be approved before using. Sparklers are allowed, but will need to be placed in a bucket to cool before disposing. 


Yes! We offer both indoor and outdoor options for your ceremony and reception. You can say your vows with a breathtaking mountain backdrop outdoors, or, if the weather is unpredictable, we have a beautiful indoor space that still allows you to capture stunning views of the mountains while staying comfortably indoors.


Yes, a non refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. 


Yes! We can split the balance into three payments or we can divide the total into equal monthly payments. The balance will need to be paid in full 30 days prior to the wedding. 


Our cancellation policy will be detailed in your contract. Generally, cancellations made before the event are subject to partial refunds, depending on the circumstances. Please review your contract for the full cancellation policy.


To check availability, simply contact us by phone, email, or through our website. We’ll confirm available dates and can schedule a tour of the venue. If your preferred date is available, we can start the booking process.


Yes! We encourage you to come see the lodge and view for yourself!


To begin the booking process, contact us to schedule a tour and check availability for your wedding weekend. Once you’re ready, we’ll provide you with a contract to reserve the date and work with you on all the details of your wedding celebration.
